Deeply inspired by profound elements such as life, death, the immersive world of art, and personal experiences, Traydale's artistic journey is a testament to passionate self-expression.
Music first kindled Traydale's creative flame, with influences as diverse as the captivating Tupac, the Temptations, the soulful rhythm of Prince, Tony Toni Toné, and the Geto Boys. This passion soon evolved into a love for poetry, which further blossomed into crafting short stories and poems. Traydale's introduction to the world of visual arts came at the tender age of five, under the guidance of a sibling also gifted in the arts.
Being naturally inquisitive, Traydale's approach to learning is autodidactic, drawing insights and knowledge from a multitude of sources. Traydale's artwork is a reflection of a multifaceted personality, not confined to any particular medium or technique. Singing, drawing, writing, or experimenting with new tools - Traydale's creations are as fluid and dynamic as the artist.
For Traydale, inspiration is omnipresent, drawn from thoughts, feelings, life, death, and sometimes their absence. Recently, personal memories have been a significant muse, shaping Traydale's work in profound ways. Even though Traydale's art doesn't confine itself to specific messages or philosophies, the love for certain pieces shines through unmistakably.
The highlight of Traydale's artistic journey thus far has been personal milestones, such as the discovery of self-love for the work in July/August 2022. This transformative experience followed a period of renewal in October 2021, with a focus on self-care and nurturing intimate relationships, leading to a newfound peace now beautifully echoed in Traydale's artwork.
Adding to these milestones, Traydale is thrilled to be one of the featured artists at The Daiquiri Box's Tasting Event on August 5, 2023, in Downtown Denton at STUDIO E. This is a fantastic opportunity to further extend the reach of Traydale's unique artistic style and passion.
